First start — macOS

The app is not notarized yet. On macOS 15 and later: click Done, open System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway. On older macOS: right-click the app → Open.

First start — Windows

The installer is not code-signed yet. SmartScreen shows “Windows protected your PC”: click More info → Run anyway. Save the file on the PC’s own disk, not on a network share.

callido touch

First start — macOS

Open the disk image and drag callido touch to Applications. The app is not notarized yet, so the first time macOS blocks it: open System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway. The Setup window then asks for Input Monitoring (to read the touch screen and pen) and Accessibility (to click, scroll and type), and opens the right settings for you.
